Get Started
It takes just a few minutes to get up and running with your device.
Preparation
Section titled “Preparation”Follow the Cube Unite WeChat Official Account
Section titled “Follow the Cube Unite WeChat Official Account”- Search ‘Cube Unite’
- Tap ‘Follow’
- Tap ‘Message Settings’ at the bottom menu
- Select ‘Enable Message Notifications’
Download and Open Cube Unite WeChat Mini Program
Section titled “Download and Open Cube Unite WeChat Mini Program”- Search and open ‘Cube Unite’ mini program in WeChat
- Tap ‘Me’ → ‘Login Now’, register and login following the prompts
- Return to the home page, ready to add device
Setup by Bluetooth
Section titled “Setup by Bluetooth”Step 1: Add Device
- Tap ‘Add Device’ on the mini program home page
- Select your device type
- Select ‘Bluetooth’ method
Step 2: Enter Wi-Fi Information
- Enter Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password
- Tap ‘Next’
Step 3: Enter Pairing Mode
- Refer to the device manual to enter pairing mode
- Example: On the device keypad, press
* #to enter admin password, then enter settings menu, select pairing - Select the device waiting to pair on the mini program page
- Wait 30 - 60 seconds to complete pairing
Setup by Scan QR Code
Section titled “Setup by Scan QR Code”Step 1: Add Device
- Tap ‘Add Device’ on the mini program home page
- Select your device type
- Select ‘Scan QR Code’ method
Step 2: Enter Wi-Fi Information
- Enter Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password
- Tap ‘Next’ to generate QR code
Step 3: Scan QR Code
- Refer to the device manual to enter pairing mode
- Example: On the device keypad, press
* #to enter admin password, then enter settings menu, select pairing - Point the device camera at the QR code on your phone, keep at least one fist distance away
- Wait for successful scan prompt
- After successful scan, wait 30 - 60 seconds to complete pairing
Setup by Wireless Access Point
Section titled “Setup by Wireless Access Point”Step 1: Add Device
- Tap ‘Add Device’ on the mini program home page
- Select your device type
- Select ‘Wi-Fi Access Point’ method
Step 2: Enter Wi-Fi Information
- Enter Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password
- Tap ‘Next’
Step 3: Enter Pairing Mode
- Refer to the device manual to enter pairing mode
- Example: On the device keypad, press
* #to enter admin password, then enter settings menu, select pairing - Connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network named ‘Easylock-AP-xxxxx’
- Return to the mini program, tap ‘Start Connection’
- Wait 30 - 60 seconds to complete pairing
